Insurances
In addition to extensive warranties, we also carry both contractor’s insurance and business insurance, including liability coverage of up to 10 million SEK. This protects against any personal injury or property damage that we could potentially cause – giving you, as the customer, complete peace of mind!
Collective Agreements (Union)
RM Relining & Bygg AB are members of installatörsföretagen (IN) and therefore operate under a full collective agreement. IN is a part of Sweden’s trade and industry and represents 3,600 member companies with a total of 55,000 employees within HVAC, electrical, and telecom. Their mission is to represent members’ interests and continually improve the conditions for successful business within the installation industry.
Warranties
As a customer of RM Relining & Bygg AB, you can always feel confident knowing that our services are carried out correctly, safely, and with the highest level of quality, both today and in the future. We use only-topgrade materials and proven methods for all relining and related services.
We provide:
- 10-year warranty for private customers on all work and materials using the lining installation method.
- 5-year warranty for legal entities, including housing associations, on work and materials using the same method.

Backup of Images and Videos
We regularly back up all images and video recordings used to document completed work. The files are stored as long as they remain in VA Online. Inspection videos generated from pipe inspections are always handed over to the customer together with a written protocol after the job is completed.
Important to Know
- Member companies must follow ARN’s decisions.
- If a dispute arises about completed work, the consumer must first contact ARN. If the company refuses to follow ARN’s decision, the consumer may seek compensation from IN’s guarantee fund.
- A member who does not comply with ARN’s decisions may be excluded from IN.
- Time limitation. The protection applies if the consumer files a claim with ARN within 18 months from the completion of the work.
